Health Diet and Fitness is all about me!

Hi, my name is Jill and I am building this site for purely selfish reasons!  Over the last few years my weight has crept up, while my health and fitness have taken a decided plunge for the worse. During this time I've done a lot of research, tried various diets, attempted different exercise regimes, but all to no avail.

But now I've had enough!  I suffer from a condition called Fibromyalgia, which is basically chronic pain and fatigue. I think that changing my diet and general routine will help ease my condition, well at least that's what I'm hoping!

So I'm getting organised and building a plan! This site is mainly to help me sort out my mind and organise what I have researched over the years.

But I'm not entirely selfish so thought I would share it with you!

Here I will be adding articles and information, but most importantly I shall be keeping a weekly diary - my blog.  I am hoping that this will galvanise me into changing my lifestyle.

I would love it if you joined me in my challenge in becoming healthier, slimmer and fitter!
