They can support a huge amount of weight, twice as much as our standard bars. The bars include our easy to use and extremely secure spring clips. The bars are made of cold rolled steel, copperised and chrome finished. The bar is 28mm diameter at the hand knurls, and 51mm (2") diameter at the head of the pole for the weights.
