BodyTrain XE-08 bench gym

The BodyTrain XE-08 is a tough bench gym with a very flexible range of options. It works using standard (28mm hole) weights and has an advanced pulley system so you never have to unclip cables between exercises. It is strongly built from 50mm box section steel and its tough pulley system uses braided steel cable sheathed in plastic for extra protection. This bench gym features an adjustable seat (3 positions) and backrest (7 positions), a chest press which can work as a butterfly or straight press, a removable padded armrest (4 positions) for bicep curls, a lat pulldown bar with rest and a leg station for curls and extensions. Its ingenious 2 part design allows the bench to pull out, leaving a dedicated position for rowing and further bicep exercises. These positions are all designed to be as versatile as possible, giving a wide range of exercise options in a very compact unit.
